Christ Directed Service. October 13, 1974:
“Now l wanted to read about your families here. Well what about my family here? We remember that we’ve applied by faith. Can we say amen? Without the Holy Ghost now, we by faith believe we’re going to receive it, and we act upon it as if it’s already done. Why, Abraham, l didn’t know you was back here this morning, Abraham. There’s the faith of Abraham. The seed of Abraham is here this morning pressing and believing this Message. Apply the Token. For your families now, to encourage you. Flee for safety, then apply. You come in first. Don’t be halfway out and halfway in and then try to get the family in. Don’t be like Lot now. Lot was down in the gate, in the world, in the Message, amen? When the hour come to get out, he had no testimony to his sons-in-law. They wouldn’t leave. They said, “You? You’re just like we are. You go to the same family affairs and parties. What are you talking about Lot?” Oh, that’s a scorcher. “You go to every affair, every wedding, you’re sitting right there in here and the smoking and listening to all those dirty family jokes and whatnot. You’ve been sitting right there Lot.” What kind of testimony are you gonna tell them; get out of New York City, for something is fixing to happen? How are you gonna tell us anything? But now Abraham left the whole thing. And the family mocked him and said, “Who does he think he is? ” and whatnot. “Why won’t they come here to here and there and there? It’s only the family?” But what was Abraham doing? Making intercessions for the family. So he stood the reproach, their reproach. Why he wouldn’t come with them and run riot together with them. You understand? And Lot, the Bible says, God heard Abraham’s intercession and got him out and dragged him out. Now apply the Token, when you’re completely separated from the world. Then, don’t bother until you yourself have left everything. Now then come and apply the Token. Flee for safety, then apply. Believe, here is what you want to believe for. You want your own safety. You believe for safety, then apply the Token for the whole family. Amen. You say, “How can l do that?” Claim it. If it worked on you, then you and the Word becomes one, amen, amen. See it works for both of you. You and the Word are one. Then apply it to your children. I don’t care if they’re smoking pot and popping. APPLY THE TOKEN. I don’t care if she’s a prostitute, 13 years old, apply the Token. God can take disease out of her, God can heal a cripple, God can do anything. God can perform a miracle. Whosoever will, let him come. Glory to God, apply it, believe it. Don’t look with one eye and don’t see no change, believe it. I see a change… Apply the Token for your husbands, your wives, your families, apply it, believe it. Amen…apply it to your loved ones like Rahab did. She applied the Token for her father, her loved ones. She applied it to her mother, she applied it to her brothers, sisters, and got them all in. You apply it. Say, “Lord, I’m going after my son, I’m going after my daughter. I claim her Satan. You turn her loose. I’m coming after her. I apply the Token for her.”
