We are happy you are planning to join us during our 2019 Charity Tabernacle Youth Retreat! Please respond individually on the link below before January 7, 2019 (registering once for each person.)

When: February 21st – 24th, 2019

            Check-In Thursday, February 21st starting at 3:00 pm

            Check-Out Sunday, February 24th by 2:00 pm

Age Range: 12 to 40 yr

Cost: $210 per person (Payment Deadline: February 4, 2019)

Includes: lodging for three nights, nine meals, and transportation to and from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

Airport: Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX)

Transportation: Vans/Buses will be provided to and from PHX only. Please register for transportation and provide your flight info for proper scheduling.

Essentials Checklist

  • Casual Clothes (outdoor activities)

This is an opportunity to connect with other youth face to face without other distractions of the world pulling at you.

All medications should be reported to the leadership team when you register.




FAQs

Where should I fly into?

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX.) Transportation will be provided to and from PHX for those who register for transportation prior to arrival. Flight plans (both arrivals and departures) will need to be provided at least two weeks before arrival so that we can properly schedule your transportation. Please note: Transportation from anywhere but the Phoenix airport will not be provided.

 

What is included in the cost? 

  • Nine meals (starting with dinner on Thursday night and ending with lunch on Sunday)
  • Lodging for three nights
  • Transportation to and from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport

 

Is lodging at Shadow Pines available for Sunday night?

At this time, it is not. You will need to find lodging in Phoenix for Sunday night if your flight leaves on Monday or later. Scheduling a flight leaving Sunday evening is encouraged unless you have other lodging and transportation plans.

 

Will irons, ironing boards or hairdryers be provided?

Yes, a few will be provided to share among each cabin.

 

Is there cell phone service at camp?

Cell phone reception in the area is very poor and WIFI will not be provided.

 

What kind of weather can I expect?

Camp Shadow Pines is located in the Sitegreaves National Forest on the Mogollon Rim where temperatures range from 20 to 60 degrees Fahrenheit in the month of February. Please plan for cold weather with the possibility of snow or cold rain.

 

What kind of activities should I plan for?

Weather permitting, a large assortment of outdoor activities are planned! These activities will include sports, hiking, bonfires, board games, organized group games, hay rides, and more. There is also an indoor gymnasium for basketball, dodge ball, and other activities.
